Produced from natural matured sound sour cherry that are cleaned, extracted by multiple press filtering through fine screen meshes then evaporated to reach desired thickness and Brix.
The sour cherry concentrate possesses a sour / Sour tannic and sweet odor and subtle flavor, free from musty, moldy, earthy, and other undesirable off-flavors.
